Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free standard shipping on every order within Australia, with no minimum purchase required. Style delivered free of charge.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within Australia. Our priority is offering an excellent local experience, if we expand our shipping areas, you will be the first to hear about it.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. To begin a return, email us at info@grantblanc.com.

How long do refunds take?

After we receive your return and it is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please allow a few additional days for your bank to post the credit.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. If you need a different size or a different style, mention it in your return email to info@grantblanc.com and we will assist you with the exchange.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of being placed. As we process orders quickly, we’re unable to make changes after this time. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help.

I didn’t receive my order what should I do?

Start by checking your tracking link. If more than 8 business days have passed and your parcel still has not arrived, email us at info@grantblanc.com and we will investigate immediately.
